How To Prevent WordPress TinyMCE Editor From Removing Special HTML Tags

Sometimes it's so annoyed when you copy a block of html codes and paste into wordpress editor and ooops after publishing/updating you realize some tags disappear as if they never existed . You will realize this soon when trying to copy and paste <style> . To avoid this pitfall , you may switch editor to HTML mode ( HTML tab ) and paste directly <style> and dont switch back to visual mode ! just press publish/update so you keep these html codes intact . If you switch back to visual mode , more likely you loose some special tags like <style> soon afterward. So how to prevent this permanently ?  Continue reading →
